Do you start your week like a champion each week? Monday your all ready for a healthy lifestyle and as the week goes on so does your commitment.
This Is common habit and truth be told I was victim to this routine. Here are a few tips for you to keep your food environment strong all week long.
1) Write down each meal for the week and make sure that you have enough for every meal . Running out of ingredients is a massive trigger to go out and get takeaways.
2) Plan a top up shop later in the week. This is so you can go get a few extra ingredients that you may need to complete your meals. It's important that this shopping trip is planned. Have a list. If it's a tired and tired reactive expedition, you'll end up with a trolley full of chips and chocolate.
3) Shop later in the week and plan to cook fun, tasty and healthy meals for friday Saturday and Sunday. Then keep it simple Monday-Thursday. Why not have people over for dinner? This will control your environment.
