Carbohydrates- Choose wholegrain breads and cereals. THe with give you a more sustained energy release. Avoid sugars and syrups.
Fruit - Strawberries and blueberries are a great choice. Both high in Vitamin C and low in calories.
Protein - Greek yoghurt. Can be twice the protein of traditional yoghurts and will leave you feeling satisfied.
Cinnamon. Adds great flavour and a good substitute for adding sugars.
