Thousands of UK managers at all levels and across all sectors now hold Chartered Manager. We wanted to find out how Chartered Manager has benefited their management careers and what it’s given their employers.
In spring 2015, CMI will publish a report into the impact of professionalising management. Ahead of its publication, we asked Chartered Managers at CMI’s March 2015 Birmingham conference why they view Chartered status as being essential to their career development and progress.
