Samsung said the release of the Galaxy Fold, the world's first foldable smartphone, would start on Sept 6 in South Korea -- months after an embarrassing delay caused by faulty screens. The phone would then be rolled out in various countries including the US, UK, Germany and France, making its way to Singapore on Sept 18.
